4) You can't make your short more than 15 seconds on mobile but if you want to make a video up to 60 seconds then you have to record the video differently.
5) Note: Original audio from recordings or other videos with music from our library is limited to 15 seconds.
6) To record a clip, hold down the capture button or you can tap on it to start recording and then press the capture button again to pause the clip.
7) You need to press on UNDO button to delete the previous video clip you recorded or press tap on REDO to add it back.
8) Click on the done button to see the preview of your short video and click on the next button to add all the details of your short video.

3) If you are making your shorts for only 15 seconds, then you can use the music available in the shorts. For videos longer than 15 sec, you will need to use the music available in your library. In this, you have to add the license of the owner of that music.
4) If you upload a short video you made somewhere on YouTube Shorts, make sure that any copyright-protected material you use is approved for your use on YouTube. You may receive a Content ID claim if you use copyright-protected material without obtaining the appropriate rights.
5) If a copyright owner sends YouTube a valid and complete copyright removal notice against your short video, YouTube may remove it from YouTube, and you may receive a copyright strike.
How Are Youtube Shorts Monetized?:-

YouTube considers the video made on your shorts as normal and shorts video. When you see shorts videos in the shorts section in the YouTube app, when you swipe up, then your shorts videos will not be monetized and its watch time will also not be counted and you will not get its money.
If a viewer sees the video of your shorts on your channel or YouTube in the form of a normal video, then your short's videos will be monetized, and watch time will also be added to that short video and your earnings will also be there.
