          Friends, if you are a citizen of India and you want to change your PAN card with a photo and sign or name, date of birth, and father's name, then this article is for you.

What is a PAN Card?

          The full form of the Pan card is the Permanent Account Number. This PAN card is a means of identifying various taxpayers in the country. PAN is an alphanumeric number (containing both letters and numbers) with a 10-digit unique identification, assigned to Indians, which is mostly given to taxpayers.

          The PAN card system of identification is a computer-based system that assigns a unique identification number to each Indian tax payment unit. Through this method, all the tax-related information for an individual is recorded against the same PAN number which serves as the primary key for the storage of information.

          When PAN is allotted to an institution, a PAN card is also issued by the Income Tax Department. While PAN is a number, a PAN card is a physical card that contains your PAN as well as the name, date of birth (DOB), and photographs. Copies of this card can be submitted as proof of identity or date of birth.

What Are The Documents Required For PAN Card Online Correction?

1) Friends, if you want to make changes in the PAN card according to all the information given in your AADHAAR card, then you should have your AADHAAR card updated completely and your AADHAAR card should also have a mobile number registered.

2) Friends, all you have to do is change the photo and sign in your PAN card, then you should have a photo in your passport type and a well-signed paper.

3) When you go for photo and sign correction, you have to upload the documents in PDF format of your Aadhaar and your PAN card.

4) You must also have a valid Gmail ID to which the Pan Authority sends a digitally signed E-pan.

How to correct in pan 2021?:-

          Guys, to change your PAN card online, you have to go to this link. If your PAN card is created from NSDL's website, then you can also update your PAN card on the UTIITSL site.

          Here I am going to tell you how to update PAN cards on the NSDL site.

1) After visiting the official website of NSDL here, you have to register first.

          Guys, you have to register in the name of the person whose PAN card you want to change. If you also want to change the name, you have to register by typing the correct name here.

          After registering in your name, you are given three options to change the online pan. You have to understand these three options carefully.

          first of all, you have to select the method by which you want to submit your PAN card documents.

          Here you see 3 options  1) Submit Digitli through e KYC and e sign - in this option you do not need to upload any document. In this option, your Aadhar card needs to have a mobile number link. And the information given in the PAN application form should match the information on the Aadhaar card. 

          In this option, your Aadhar card is authenticated through an OTP which is sent to the mobile number linked to your Aadhar. In this option, the same photo is printed on your PAN card which is on your Aadhar card. When you get a physical PAN card, you have to sign it. Your PAN card is sent to the same address as the Aadhar card. Friends, one more thing to keep in mind is that if you are making children's PAN cards, you cannot use this option.

          2) In the second option, you have to upload the photo and your sign and along with it, you have to upload other documents. In this video, you are going to use this option because you want to change the photo and sign.

          And thirdly, in the Forward Application Documents Physically option, you have to fill up the PAN application form online, but you have to print the PAN application form, attach the required documents along with it and send it to the physical PAN Authority at their address.

          After filling the complete registration form, you have to fill the complete form step by step with complete information to make changes to the PAN card.

          There are a few things to keep in mind while doing changes to online PAN cards.

1) When uploading documents, your documents should be in PDF format and their size should be up to 300kb.

2) This password should not be protected in any PDF document.

3) If you want to change the photo and sign in your PAN card, then the size of the photo should be 3.5*2.5 cms and the size of the sign should be 2*4.5 cms. Photo and sign size must be within 50 kb. For this, you can use the form app available on the Play Store.

4) Friends, if you do not want a physical PAN card, then you have to give a valid mail ID here as a copy of the e-PAN with the digitally signed is sent to your mail ID.

5) Friends, if you fill the PAN card correction form digitally through E-KYC & E-sign, then you do not need to upload any document here. In this option the whole process is paperless.

          All your information is fetched from the AADHAAR card. The same photo is printed on the PAN card which is on your Aadhaar card and when your PAN card is physically sent to your address then you have to sign it by hand.
