Step 1
After coming to Google Form, you have to start creating the form by selecting the related template of the subject of your form or you can create a new one. All you have to do is click on the plus icon which is shown below.

After clicking on the plus icon, templates will appear in front of you, you can create a new one by selecting one of the related templates related to it. Apart from this, you can create a new form by clicking on the CREATE BLANK FORM below.
Step 3
After coming in the blank form, you have to first add the name of your form and the description of the form.

Below you will see the plus icon. Using this plus sign, you can add to the form to write a short answer and long answer in your form.
If you are creating a form related to Quizzes, then you can set your answer or put a checkbox in a multiple-choice manner. You can add the answer to the drop-down list and apply it to your question.
You can also add a date and time to write the date and time in your form. With this, you can use this option to show answers as linear and multiple choice.
If you can add a different section in your form to ask another topic related question then you can add a section between questions.
